This Privacy Policy describes how WESK RankBot ("WESK", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, API, dashboard, and related services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data. Email address, display name, and Roblox/Discord identifiers used to sign in.
• Group & rank data. Roblox group IDs, role definitions, member ranks, and rank-change events you direct us to perform.
• API usage. Endpoint, timestamp, response code, IP address, and User-Agent for every request made against your API keys, for billing and abuse prevention.
• Billing data. Plan tier and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
• Cookies & local storage. Used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

2. How we use information

• To operate the Service, including authenticating requests and executing rank changes you initiate.
• To enforce plan limits, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional messages (security alerts, billing receipts, service notices).
• To improve reliability, debug issues, and develop new features.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers that host the Service under written confidentiality terms; (b) the Roblox and Discord APIs when required to fulfill your requests; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

4. Retention

Account and billing data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for tax and audit purposes. API logs are retained for 90 days. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Security

API keys are stored hashed. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. We follow industry standard practices, but no system is perfectly secure. Treat your API keys like passwords and rotate them if you suspect compromise.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
