Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WESK RankBot (the "Service"), operated by WESK ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Roblox's or Discord's Terms of Service, Community Standards, or developer policies.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm users, or to manipulate ranks on groups you do not have permission to manage.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service without a Whitelabel plan and a written agreement.
- Bypass plan limits, rate limits, or authentication.
3. Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Plan tiers, request quotas, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with at least 14 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Roblox, Discord, and other third-party platforms. Their availability and policies are outside our control, and outages or policy changes on those platforms may affect the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by WESK and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rank operations will always succeed — upstream APIs may fail, throttle, or change behavior without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WESK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WESK is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you other rights.
